The one promise
Every number on this blog links to its source. If we write "£1.2bn changed hands in Liverpool last year", you can click the link and see the HMLR Price Paid rows we counted. If we claim 116,867 homes could be illegal to rent by 2035, you can read the MHCLG consultation that implies it. Neither of our two biggest competitors does this, and it turns out to be a surprisingly rare thing in UK property publishing.
