    Settings → Connectors → Add → Add custom connector

    Name it Bricksmart and paste the server URL.

    Claude tests the connection as you go. Once it succeeds, click Continue.

    Choose Sign in now to register OAuth automatically, then click Add.

    Connect your account.

    Claude prompts you to connect and sends you to Bricksmart to sign in. Allow the connection and you'll be returned to Claude.

    Set every Bricksmart permission to Always allow.

    You'll land on the tool permissions list. Switching them all to always allow avoids a prompt on every lookup and gives much better results.

ChatGPT

Add it on the web, then it works everywhere

Bricksmart works in ChatGPT on mobile, desktop and web, but the connector has to be added on the web first. Once it's added, it's available everywhere you use ChatGPT.

    Settings → Plugins, scroll down to Browse plugins

    Click the + button, then Create MCP app.

    Name it Bricksmart, paste the server URL, and set Auth to OAuth.

    Tick I understand, then click Create.

    Connect your account.

    Press Sign in to Bricksmart, sign in, accept the connection, and you'll be redirected back to ChatGPT.

    Finally, Settings → Plugins → Bricksmart → Permissions and allow all tools.

    As with Claude, allowing every tool up front avoids repeated prompts and gives much better results.

Command line & editors

Every client below signs in through the same browser flow: no API key, nothing to paste. Run the command, then approve access when your browser opens.

--scope user makes it available in every project. On older versions, run /mcp inside Claude Code instead of the login command.

Gemini starts the sign-in itself the first time it calls a Bricksmart tool.

  Auth:        OAuth 2.0 (dynamic client registration, browser sign-in).
               There is no API key and nothing to paste.

Work out where this client stores its MCP server configuration, add Bricksmart
to it as a remote HTTP server, and reload if needed. Then start the OAuth flow
and give me the URL to open, or open it for me.

If you can set per-tool permissions, set every Bricksmart tool to always-allow.
It is a read-only property data server, and approving each call individually
makes it unusable.

When you are done, call propertyLookup with the query "10 Downing Street, London"
and show me the result so we know it works.

What it can do

Look up a UK property (address, postcode, or UPRN), a company (Companies House number), or a person (director/PSC), plus optional sections per entity: EPC, ownership, comparables, local area, planning, HMO, listings, block, mortgage for properties; officers, charges, structure, financials, insolvency, filings for companies; directorships, properties, shareholdings for people.

Also available: name/address search, SDLT calculation, and (Pro plans) portfolio search and the probate/gazette/auction distress feeds.

How it's charged

Every property, company, or person you look up spends one unlock from your plan: the same allowance and the same accounting as unlocking it on the website. Looking up several tabs on the same entity in one call, or looking up something you've already unlocked, only ever costs once.

Requires a Lite plan or above. Some tools need Pro.

Manage or disconnect

Every app you've connected is listed in Settings, where you can disconnect any of them at any time.
